A traditional Arabian dish known as Harees, was introduced to Hyderabad during that period, soon evolved with local spices and became a court dish. Nowadays the Hyderabadi haleem is still very popular at weddings and celebrations, and is consumed in the Islamic month of Ramadan during Iftar, the evening meal after the day-long fast.

The Basic Way to Use Shise Spice Mix
- Prepare the meat steak. (About 100g)
- Sprinkle one teaspoon of shise spice mix on the steak.
- Rub the steak with some olive oil to ensure the spice mix is evenly distributed.
- Pan fry the steak and you are done.
